We are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator who will help strengthen our online presence and ensure that our webshop and digital channels always appear professional and user-friendly.

Your tasks will be:

• Updating and maintaining the webshop: Product descriptions, photo shoots, prices and campaigns.


• Coordination of sales and marketing activities across webshop and social media.


• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.


• Reporting and analysis of webshop performance.


• Preparation of newsletters and other online content.

We imagine that you:

• Have experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar.


• Is structured and detail-oriented with a good graphic eye (knowledge of Canva and Photoshop is a plus).


• Has knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEO and SoMe platforms.


• Is proactive and can work independently and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Have an interest in the fashion or lifestyle industry and an understanding of the Notabene universe (an advantage, but not a requirement).
