After placing your order, you will receive an order confimation within a few minutes. If you don't receive an email order confirmation, please check your spam folder. The missing order confirmation may also be a result of typing a faulty email address while placing the order. Due to the above mentioned options, even though you haven't received an order confirmation, the order might have processed correctly. We therefore recommend contacting us before placing a new order to avoid a double order. If you placed your order using an account, you will be able to check the status of your order in your account dashboard. If the order is marked with status Processing, it has been processed correctly. If the order is marked with status Pending, it has not been completed correctly - in this case, please try again or contact customer service.
We strive to process and deliver your order within 1-3 working days to Danish addresses. For orders placed before 10am we expect to deliver your parcel within 2 working days. During sale, special offers and holiday seasons, take notice that the processing of orders may be extended by 1-2 working days.
Expect an extended delivery time for orders with a shipping address outside of Denmark. The processing of international orders will however, be commenced within 1-2 working days.
All orders placed before 10am is usually ready for pick-up the same day. Please await a confirmation email stating at what time your order will be ready for pick-up. Your order will be stored in the store until you collect it, but please do so as soon as possible.

If you regret your purchase and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have received a invoice per email, it's no longer possible to cancel your order. In this case you will have to return the order after receiving it.
Before shipping of our Notabene products, we strive to make sure that the product is in perfect condition. In case that you receive a defective product, we sincerely apologize - please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
If you have any questions regarding if we will receive a style back in stock, please contact our store at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is also possible to sign up for a text notification if the wanted item will be back in stock in your size. Our "Can't find your size?" pop-up is available on all full price products and will allow you to sign up for immediate stock updates.
We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible after we have received the product(s) and ensured that the returned good(s) matches the requirements for the return of goods and purchase cancellation legislation. We credit return goods within 1-2 business days after receiving your order, and you will therefore receive the purchase amount in your account, at the earliest, the following day depending on the payment card used. If you have paid with Mastercard or Visa Electron, take notice that it may take 2 weeks in addition. You will receive an email confirmation a few minutes after the refund has been processed in our system.
