Notabene shoes are created in proper materials with the aim of being able to last for several seasons. The man behind Notabene, Martin Friis, designs from the heart of Copenhagen with an imprint in the Scandinavian style, which combines the understated and unpretentious with the refined and well-considered.

The shoes are made in specially selected family-owned factories in Italy under the best possible working conditions. All shoes are created by hand with great respect for the proud craftsmanship and the traditions that have been passed down through several generations.
Our shoes are created from 100% European natural materials; all by-products of the food industry and nature. We believe this is the most responsible thing when working with skins, leather and fur, and we can proudly say that even with more than 25 years of experience in shoe production, we are still in constant development.
