Products
The indicated heel height is measured at the center of the heel from the back. The heel height is always measured on a size 37 and in order to maintain the same expression in all sizes, the heel height may differ slightly for other sizes.
If you have questions about whether we have a style back in stock, please contact our store at store@notabene.dk or +45 33 13 38 13.
Remember that you can register at any time for our "Missing your size?" function on the individual product, whereby you will receive an SMS if the desired style comes back in stock.
We refer to our Care Guide so you can take care of your shoes and extend their lifespan by several years.
You can also visit our Shoe Shine Bar, where our skilled shoe shiners can take loving care of your shoes or guide you in the correct care and treatment of your shoes.
Order
When you place an order on notabene.dk, you receive an order confirmation by email after a few minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation by email, please check your spam filter. The lack of order confirmation may also be due to the email entered being incorrect. Even if you have not received an order confirmation, it is still possible that your order has gone through correctly and you are therefore asked to please contact us before placing a new order. In this way, we avoid any double orders.
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you should contact us as soon as possible at webshop@notabene.dk.
If you have already received an invoice email stating that the item has been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel the purchase. In this case, the item must be returned as every other canceled purchase after you receive the item by post.
All orders placed before 10:00 is basically ready for collection on the same day. However, please wait for a confirmation email indicating from what time your order is ready for collection.
It is not possible to collect your order before you have received this email. Your order will be held until collection, but please collect as soon as possible.
Before we ship your item, we endeavor to ensure that the ordered product is in the best possible condition. In the event that you receive a defective product or that the ordered product does not match your expectations, please contact us at webshop@notabene.dk.
Please note that the webshop shares stock with our store on Kronprinsensgade, which is why it may occur that products sold on the webshop may have been tried on by other customers. We do not perceive this as a shortcoming.
If an item is missing from the package you have received, or if you have received the wrong product, we are very sorry.
Contact us as soon as possible at webshop@notabene.dk so that we can find the solution that suits you best.
Delivery
Under Delivery you can get more information about delivery methods, delivery time, shipping costs and which countries we ship to.

We endeavor to process and deliver your package within 1-3 business days to Danish addresses. For foreign addresses, it can take 3-7 days depending on the recipient country.
When ordering on weekdays before 10, we expect to be able to deliver the item to you within 2 working days. Delivery times are a starting point and reservations are made for sales and other campaigns, as longer processing times must be expected here.
After dispatch, you will receive a message from Post Nord with further information and tracking number. If you do not receive this, or if you find that your order is taking a long time to arrive, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter.
Return
We generally process your return on the same day as receipt or the next day at the latest.
If you have paid with VISA/Dankort, you can expect to receive the money back in your account within 1-2 banking days. Please note that if you have paid with Mastercard, it can take up to two weeks after crediting before the money is visible in your account.

N.B. Shoe Bar
Stop by our shop and shoe bar, and get guidance on which type of treatment is right for your shoes.
We endeavor to carry out treatments and repairs as quickly as possible and will contact you as soon as your shoes are finished. When unblocking shoes and shafts, between 1-2 days must be calculated for the leather to have given enough.
