Complaint
When you shop at Notabene.dk, according to the Swedish Purchase Act, you have two years' right to complain about defective goods. Should you be unlucky enough to receive an incorrect or damaged product during delivery, you must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.
However, it is a prerequisite for exercising the right of complaint that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behaviour.
Please note that Notabene.dk shares stock with the Notabene store on Kronprinsensgade, which is why it may occur that products sold on the webshop may have been tried on by other customers. We do not perceive this as a shortcoming.
Complaints procedure
If you wish to advertise a received item, please send photos and a description of the error to our e-mail address webshop@notabene.dk, after which we will assess your case.
If the item was purchased in our physical store at Møntergade 19 in Copenhagen, please send the email to store@notabene.dk. You can also make use of the right of complaint by visiting our physical store - just bring your order and invoice. We reserve the right to, with a single attempt, remedy a defect or replace with a similar undamaged product rather than refunding the purchase price.
The processing time for complaint cases can take up to 14 working days from your first inquiry to the end of the complaint. If we have to correct an error on the product that takes longer than indicated, we will inform you of this.
