If you regret your purchase, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the item. In order for the right of return and cancellation to be used, you must either have returned the item or have informed Notabene at webshop@notabene.dk about your cancellation within 14 days of receiving the item.
As a rule, the item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it, as well as returned in the original packaging. If this is not the case, or if the product has been handled inappropriately in order to determine the product's nature, properties and the way it is used, the purchase amount will only be partially refunded.
Items purchased as a pre-order can always be returned or exchanged 14 days from your receipt of the item.
If you wish to exchange for another size or style, you can use the attached return label and make us aware of this via the online chat or webshop@notabene.dk. The return shipping is then paid for by Notabene (however, this does not apply to items purchased at the Online Archive Sale, where you must pay the return shipping yourself).
If you need to return an item by post, please contact our customer service at webshop@notabene.dk and specify the reason for the return. You will then receive a QR code, which should be used at your nearest parcel shop. The QR code can be sent to your email address or via SMS. If you already have the PostNord app, you can easily find your QR code using your tracking number.
Once we have received your package, we will refund your purchase amount minus a fee of DKK 70 for shipping, packaging, and environmental costs.
If you choose to purchase a shipping label yourself, the package must be sent with home delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use DAO, as they deliver packages outside of our business hours.

Please note that if the package is sent without home delivery, it will not be collected and will therefore be returned to the sender after 14 days.
You are also welcome to return your purchase in our store, instead of sending by post. Please note, however, that the amount will be automatically refunded to the payment card used, and you will receive an email receipt at the specified email address. When returning to the store, the attached order form must be brought as proof of purchase.
Notabene will refund the purchase price as soon as possible after we have received the item back. Notabene will only refund the amount for the returned item if the returned item meets the conditions for the right of return and cancellation to be exercised. Please note that if you have paid with Mastercard, it can take up to two weeks after crediting before the money is visible in your account.
