All you need to do is contact us at webshop@notabene.dk and send your Notabene shoes as well as proof of purchase. Our product- and design manager will assess your shoes and, depending on their condition, we will offer to buy them back for a percentage of up to 20% of the original price. We will send you a digital voucher with the money, which you can use on your next purchase with us.

To us, your shoes still have great value. Each pair is crafted with a focus on quality and made from responsibly sourced materials. By recycling them, we extend their lifespan and reduce waste.

All submitted shoes are restored in our iconic shoe bar and donated to women’s shelters, where they are passed on to women in vulnerable situations. We hope our contribution can make a difference during a difficult time.
